DEFEND YOURSELF WITH CONFIDENCE – HOW TO SURVIVE AN IRS AUDIT
Most people are afraid of being contacted by the IRS for any reason. After reading this book, you’ll have a very good idea of what’s involved in an income tax audit, what alternatives are available and when, and what your options are to taking your case to tax court.
ABOUT THE BOOK

How the IRS selects returns for an audit, and the different types of audits,
Specific techniques the IRS utilizes in face-to-face examinations,
What’s involved in taking your case from audit into appeals,
The alternatives to collections available, and when, and also
Pointers that a troubled taxpayer can reference in making informed decisions.
DEFEND YOURSELF WITH CONFIDENCE – HOW TO SURVIVE AN IRS AUDIT is Joshua’s first book.
Joshua’s claim to fame is that he sits face-to-face with the IRS and Minnesota Dept of Revenue on a weekly basis.
Joshua loves supporting fellow taxpayers and does so by helping them prepare to most successfully present their case to the IRS. His goal in writing this book was to present a simplified vision of the process of an IRS audit, what’s involved in appeals hearings, alternatives to IRS collections, and what the options are to going to tax court.
Apart from negotiating between taxpayers and the IRS, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family and regularly runs a few miles for his health.
